My father can't find me on student finance

Hi, my father is supporting my student finance but it keeps saying "no matches found" when he enters my reference number. How can he overcome this, as it is not allowing him to go any further?

At what stage is this?
Is this your first time applying?

Is this for a maintenance loan, because if it is your dad can fill out a form filling in his details, salary etc and sent it via post

Common problems that cause this :

1. You have a middle name
2. Your account is on hold awaiting evidence
