 At work, I was talking to someone in my year, and they said that one of my primary school teachers was found guilty of paedophilia! And he taught me swimming, too... *shivers*
Coincidentally, if anyone remembers me saying it, it was the teacher that always said "shhhhht" like sh*t during our assembly...

EDIT: The last part I said on another thread about primary school memories...

    Ms. Singleton

    Unmarried, and over 120kgs.

I'm not being mean here, but it's true.
Off the subject, my driving examiner was called Mr. Singleton, and I could see why.

I've thought of another teacher, Mrs. C. Butt

A P E teacher called Mrs Nunn. Not at all like a nun-could be pretty harsh.
Names with colours-Mrs Brown (typical name), Mrs Green(ley)-close enough

Mr Coates (he's gay, I'm sure; he has manicured nails...)
Miss Monk (ironically she's a history teacher)
Mr Owen (told one of his classes that masturbation lost its fun when you get to his age, also once said, "what's that noise? It sounds like there's a vibrator in the room!")

I've forgotten what the rest of them are called.

    Maths:
Mrs Surl (she got the nickname Surly Wurly)
    Mr Parsonage
    Mr Onion
    Miss Moudgil
Mr Hearn (sp? We called him evil Santa, there's a resemblance...)
    Forgotten the rest...

    Languages:
Mr Long (hehe, once taught us what a 'pork sword' and a 'beef bayonet' are in relation to the English language, although I've fogotton what, now)
    Miss Holt
Miss Malpass (Has also changed since marriage, but I don't know what to)
    Mrs Skillings
    Mrs Nicholson
    Mr Gaskin
    Mr Gibbons (head)
That's all I can remember from languages too...

    Other:

    Mr Enion (D&T)

    Mrs Jukes (textiles)
    Mrs Gough (food tech)
    Mrs Smith (food tech)

You can decide which are funny/silly etc for yourself...

There's a name on the wall somewhere in Pembroke College, Cambridge. If you got the chance to come to Cambridge while I'm there, I'll happily show you where the name is. It says, G Ambler.
