:flower2: My Recovery Journey :flower2:

Hello everyone!!

This from now will be my online journal. I want to write everything down to have a point of stability. Writing down all my improvements and setbacks. Ideally getting some tips and how to overcome situations too.

I suffer from OCD/Anxiety/Depression.

This isn't a call for sympathy, though I appreciate it, it's more a insight for myself to see what progress I'm making.

I hope you enjoy reading my story and following me in my recovery.

i know i haven't posted here in a while, but i still interested to keep it going so don't worry readers, i'm still here

a couple of weeks ago, i did buy a notebook and wanted to have some sort of actual journal rather then on the internet. i will post a couple of images of what i've written in it so you can see in one of the next posts.

also reading Mad Girl Book by Bryony Gordon at the moment too and it's rather good. also she shows us that even with OCD she can lead as normal life as normal can be.

other books i have read and would recommend
matt haig - reasons to stay alive
holy bourne - am i normal yet?

at the moment i'm taking propranolol as medication and not having any therapy.
