...so what's the difference between "seeing someone" and actually having a relationship? :s-smilie:
Just a little confused. Thank you

There isn't one!

Oh, I thought "seeing someone" was less formal and implies that there is less committment. I suppose the terms are different to everyone but I would think that using the word relationship means it is more long term.

I tend to find that asking myself how long a peice of string is usally works...

- But reallistically, the world isnt just that well nailed down.
- One mans 'quick hug' is anothers 'he slept with my mate'.

Whether you are seeing someone, dating, married or friends with benefits, you are having a relationship with that person.

The difference is you've both agreed to have a relationship, whereas if you're just 'seeing' someone, a relationship is only in anticipation

I would disagree, unless it's taken literally of course.

It's different to each person. I'd agree that they are different to me. Seeing someone doesn't seem as much commitment.

Yeah different for me too, 'seeing' is the step before making it official as an item i'd say, where you both know youre interested in each other, you can do stuff and things but youre not in a relationship yet, properly gf and bf. More casual.

Some people 'see' more than one person at a time, I don't tho.

Some people see dead people. In a Sixth Sense type of way of course!

Seeing someone sounds to me, like 'dating' as in... not exclusive.
