What are the rules for decorating rooms? (Glasney)

I've been assigned a single studybed room in glasney, but I'm really into decor and making my room look nice. What are the rules for decorating rooms and sticking things on walls? Obviously I'd never drill or do anything ridiculous but it'd be nice to know if I'm allowed to blutack things to the wall and stuff before I move in. Thanks!
