My girlfriend has recently moved in with me, up until now the sex has been okay but for the last few weeks I have only been able to last a few seconds at most.
When I first started having sex I had the opposite problem, I worried too much and couldn't finish at all, I managed to get through that but this seems harder. I've tried practising on my own but then it's not an issue, and I just get bored after it goes on for too long.
The second we start to do anything I start to feel like I'm close already, even if I haven't been stimulated at all, my girlfriend says it's okay but it's just stressing me out more and more.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

First of alll.... relax! The stress doesn't help.

You can get some gels and some condoms with the gel already on that will help reduce the sensations and slow you down a bit.

A lot of it is mind over matter, using this method for a while will help you retrain your body into behaving the way that you want.

I'm sure your girlfriend is quite understanding. It's quite a compliment to be so attractive that you can't control yourslef!

Anaesthetic gels and condoms are evil as well as unnecessary.

Here you have a partner who's not complaining, and if you can learn to delay your ejaculation during masturbation, you can do it during partner sex too. What happens if you don't move or only move slowly during that?
