    I have got through the questionnaire stage and the right to work after 3 attempts, now I'm fully validated as from the 12th of July. But I have not heard from the store that I applied to for an interview. Why does this system take so long.

    If you applied for a position that doesn't necessarily mean you got the interview - some of them don't get back to you at all, *******ry I know.

    Ok. But I've worked at Tesco for over 13 years & they still need to check if I've got right to work. This seems very odd to me.

    By law they have to check.
