Parents forcing me to study Medicine abroad

Hi,
I was studying Medicine abroad for a year in an eastern european country.

problem is the course abroad is nothing like uk,
theres so much corruption eg... cheating, exams being repeated, exams being ridiculously high pass marks, so you cant even pass just by studying you have to cheat, also i dont even speak the language of the country, so will fail immensely during clinical years.

all the other students there seem to put up with the system and think its all fine, as long as they can go back to there countries and be doctors.

i on the other hand, dont feel i am learning anything! and feel so guilty for cheating in a course like Mediciine.
I am not even particularly passionate about doing medicine, otherwise i would have got into UK.
What do i do?
i am not even sure if I am guarenteed a medical job by studying medicine abroad.!
and the system sure put me off medicine in general.

any advice appreciated please.
