I am currently in touch with several unis in the UK since I would like to study medicine there. English isn´t my primary language therefore I either have to take a language test such as the IELTS or present adequate grades.
I´ve had a long chain of mails with Manchesters admission office about the English language requirements and the person I was talking to just wasn´t able to properly explain whether a predicted 7 in English B would satisfy the universities requirements until I recieve my final grade or if it is unsufficient.
Now I´ll ask you same question hoping that maybe someone who already went through the same or similar process could share his/her experience.
    Thanks!

The webpage says a score equal or above 5 in IB, but it isn't clear whether English B is okay...You may need to phone them directly if the admission officer is still not getting it, I guess.

I think a 7 in Eng B HL would be fine.
