In all seriousness, what do *you* think? If my earlier answer wasn't correct what does logic tell you?

It was quite a cryptic way of saying it, but it's just that 80% of people get called for an interview meaning 20% so I assumed some of those 20% have not received A's in everything.

But I suppose your comments have put my mind to rest.

He also had iirc 4 A*s....

(Which, for the avoidance of doubt, aren't required.)

The analysis of logic is an important aspect of CS.

Anyway it's more likely the ones not called will have "low" predictions or less good AS-levels in *relevant* subjects, and/or other weaknesses.

I've seen people get offers with AABD at AS-level.

Right so AS levels (Scottish highers) will only preclude you from getting an interview if they are particularly bad

It's only a problem if it's a relevant subject. Just like how I doubt my c in French gcse will count against me lol.

If you are realistically on track to achieve the typical offer you are likely to get an interview. As per my post #2 in this very thread.

I don't honestly know what else you want me to say. So I won't be saying any more.

By the way, I fear this is where you go from being keen and interested in the process, to trolling... please stop.

Out of curiosity, are you studying at Oxbridge or have studied there?
