Got drunk, depressed and messaged my ex, all of them watch

    Anyone been in the position where someone just messed so much with you, that you can't even think straight? I had deleted her and she was out of my life for good, then the came back like a bad penny, rolling back. I picked her up and put her in my back pocket, just there, never had the intentio

    Yes, I think everyone has something like this at some point. I also message exes when drunk, but that's only when I feel vulnerable. The problem isn't getting drunk, but feeling insecure/unlovable. This has nothing to do with your exes - entirely to do with your own perception of yourself and your life. If you see it this way, you know it's under your control to build better habits, physically and mentally, to get you on the right way to self-confidence and not feeling the need to reach out to unreachable people who will just hurt you over and over again. (trust me, personal experience)
