Mum is born in Scotland so I've been British since birth. When applying for my Masters I put home student, because I'm a UK citizen. However, Scottish students get their tuition for free. Can I enter as a Scottish student? Google searching looks like it will take a while to answer this question.

Someone will confirm this but i'm pretty sure the answer is no. It's based on residency (ie where you've lived for the last three years) not nationality...

Also I don't think they get masters fees free (again I could be wrong) just undergrad.

So it's just for undergrad where they attend for nothing? Or am I wrong?

No, for SAAS purposes it's defined by where you are ordinarily resident. You are resident in RUK not Scotland.

But yes you are entitled to wear a kilt as compensation.
