    In school, I used to hear "a second is a lot of time in a sprint". Understatement of the year. A tenth of a second is bloody huge.

    I couldn't agree more. The people who say that though are usually non-sprinters and only associate times with longer distance events. When I raced my mate last summer he beat me by about 0.2 seconds but our separation distance appeared to be a good 5-7m!

    Thank you man! Have been sprinting for a long time and have fairly good leverages for it imo, but to hear that my time is amongst the top dogs is great to hear! Do you sprint?

    Nah I'm more of a mid to distance man, but I still race on the track quite a bit in the summer. Used to race 800 as a kid, now prefer 3-10,000.
