I'll be starting year 13 in Sept.
I am worried and hesistant whether I'd apply for medicine or nursing this year. Since the UKCAT and BMAT have to be done before october, I need to make a decision quickly. I am planning to apply for nursing FIRST and then get a degree then apply for postgrad medicine for 4 yrs. My parents want me to take nursing first so I can start getting income while I study medicine. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. I WOULD BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.

It is harder to get into medicine as a post grad than as an undergrad. Remember that. Having a nursing degree will not be much help

It comes down to how bright you are. If you can get AAA + in chemistry and two other academic subjects you would be foolish to not apply for medicine.

If you think you have time to earn money whilst studying medicine think again. Medicine is one of the most academically rigiuous courses going and you will not have time.
