    Don't bother. 'Re-inventing' your self should be about finding who you really are, not sticking with trends. You ain't in Primary School now, boyo. Put the fidget spinners in the bin.

    Read about general topics- books and online articles.
    There are youtube videos that you can watch to learn more about the world and life- TED talks, School of Life, Vsauce etc.
    Watching documentaries is also helpful.

    Start by restricting excessive calories, drinking loads of water, cutting out junk food and taking vitamins supplements.

    Follow your natural passions/ interest. Everyone has natural interests. Look into them and things related to them.

    Better to follow upcoming/ fringe trends then trends that are currently popular.

    Or you could find a personal style that you feel comfortable with that suits your personality and appearance and just stick to that.
