I'm starting year 12 in September and I'm taking Geography, history and German. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how I can prepare for History/ Geography or just preparing for year 12 in general

Look over the syllabus, but in general, don't bother. Enjoy your summer for gods sake, PLEASE. It's possibly the last fully free one you'll get for some time.

If you know what topics you're doing in history, it could be good to read around the subject generally: Short books, articles ect. Nothing too serious as your teacher will likely spend around a week going through the general history of the time.
But yeah, enjoy your holidays, don't waste them

get yourself some stationary sorted, and then wait for year 12 to start.
you don't need to do any work this summer, like, at all.
