It doesn't mean you're spineless, you just haven't found something that really motivates you. There are hundreds of different careers, you just need to find one to really strive for. And there's nothing wrong with not being hugely successful, there are once again hundreds of 'mediocre' careers that you could settle down in. Whatever makes you feel happiest.

I feel very much the same as you OP.
My failures cause me such shame I tend to live that line - "If at first you don't succeed, conceal all evidence that you ever tried"...

With me it's more like shame I didn't try hard enough. Thanks for the thought though.

It's not for lack of dreams but I have so many and cant fix on something. I want to touch the world somehow.

Yes, that's how I feel. Still agreeing.
Although I do try hard at some things and fail legitimately (musical) - some I just underachieve in (academic).

Haha! Erm, thanks. I quite like the look of them, shame they're rubbish at what they're actually meant to do and I'm a permanent glasses/contact lenses wearer.
