well its bad for me cuz i love sleeping  true that so just stay fit i guess and get at least some sleep !
6-10 hours a week works for me

Haha I'm glad so many people love sleep And insomnia might not be that much fun but at least you can tell people off for being awake, and the gym's never busy at those times so that's a bonus

Depends when i need to be up if it's for uni then definitely an alarm because 1. you don't want to miss the buss and 2. it's so early in the morning i wouldn't wake up without an alarm

Non uni days i usually just wake up around the same time 9am or a little after

How many of you wake up without the need of an alarm?

I'm terrible when it comes to waking up in the morning. I set an alarm before going to bed all happy chappy and then cuss myself when it goes off in the morning

The cussing is more because I set the tone to some terrifying sound, like people screaming, bells clanging, sirens going off. Before going to bed I keep my phone on top of the wardrobe, right at the back using a chair to get there. Doing that, I remove all the chairs from my room and then go to bed.

The next morning I'm clawing at the wardrobe in order to get to the phone all the while cussing myself.
I'm the kind of person that puts the alarm at 6am 6:05, 6:10, 6:15 and on hahahaha

Haha wow! On weekends my parents wouldn't even wake me up and on school days if i ever said i was too tired to get up id basically get the day off... even in primary school, thankfully i still turned out alright despite my always below 80% attendance since like year 4
Oh my father even wakes me up at that time on a weekend

That's great man, well done to you!
