What do you eat in a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)?

breakfast: oats, 2 boiled eggs and a banana with some fat free greek yoghurt and coffee.
snack: post workout protein shake, multivitamin and cod liver oil.
lunch: usually rice with chicken or sweet potatoes with any meat or fish.
snack: greek yoghurt, fruit or protein shake
dinner: same as lunch with some veggies and dessert treat

bit bland i know but it's what helps me at the gym.
i try sticking to this as much as i can but it varies depending on my days

I've a pretty common sense approach to eating - it's not exactly 'clean', but it's what works for me...this is how a normal day would play out:

Breakfast - oats made with milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and something to sweeten the deal (normally either a MyProtein flavdrop or banana)
    Mid-morning - fruit
Lunch - tuna/salmon with pasta/rice, perhaps a little bbq sauce thrown in there
Mid-afternoon - 1 slice of bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter
Dinner - I still live at home so it'll be whatever my mum makes (she does home-cooked meals, so 9/10 it'll be something healthy).

I'll occasionally have something sweet and sugary to satisfy my sweet tooth but I don't make a 'cheat meal' out of it, nothing formal or anything.

This seems to work very well with my running.
