I have a 09 Ford Focus zetec, the wheels are 16", is it possible to put [email protected] or 18" on instead as I want to get the Focus ST alloys. If so what adjustments would I need to make to make this possible/ is it even possible. I know nothing about cars

Then pay someone who knows about cars.

You need to fit the overall wheel diameter, width, offset, and diameter of centering hole. Still even when width, overal diameter, offset etc. are even exactly the same, it doesn't mean that suspension will be working properly, because too low tyre profile sometimes causes some problems, like bad handling on bad quality roads or quick expenditure of suspension not prepared to absorbe more shocks that are not absorbed by low profile tires.
