Need help for math

Help me!
I don't know how to do this question:
The height of a tide can be model by the function in the form of h=a cos(bt)+c, h is the height in metre and t is the time after midnight, a, b and c are constant, find the value of a,b and c.

Tide height. Time after midnight
12. 0
2. 6:00
12. 12:00
2. 18:00

The answer on the book said a=5, b=30 and c=7
But I get stuck on b=0, can any one help
