My parents have to fill out a Current Year Income Assessment form, and it asks for their customer reference.
My parents have not been given a customer reference number, do I put mine or leave it blank?

Sorry that it's took a while for you to receive a response.
They will have one because they should of already provided their 15/16 tax year details (As that is needed before applying for the CYI)
However you don't need to put the customer reference number down as SFE staff will find their account through searching for the name and DOB so don't worry about that.
