Whenever i'm doing a presentation or talking to someone for the first time I get really jumpy (like my body does some weird involuntary movements like standing on my heels etc ;-; ) , I sweat buckets and er...can feel my heart doing 100+bpm.. Help!

You know what, I'm not even joking I used to get similar stuff.

If I was ever at a presentation just sitting there my neck would twitch slightly idk why, I guess I thought people were looking at me.

Weirdly enough, I might try having caffeine before I am going to be in an awkward situation. It has helped me calm down, previously.
