My sister always tells me that I stink when I'm at home during the weekends. It's so annoying because I can't smell my own BO. At uni, I shower everyday but I still always assume that I stink and it makes me do weird things like not sit next to people or sweat a lot just thinking about it..... IF I SHOWER everyday, will i stink? If no, how long will i be protected for...
    thanks

You most likely don't if you take regular showers, wear clean clothes, etc.
Your sister is probably trolling you, and by the looks of it, it's working.

    Well tbh, idk.
But if ONLY your sister says you stink, you probably don't and they're lying.
Showering EVERY DAY won't help either.

I think that you should make sure you wash your clothes often, use unscented soaps and depending on your sex you might want to invest in a PH balancing soap for your genitals. I would suggest a 48 hour deodorant as well as daily showers.

Well, I shower like every 2-3 days. I sweat a lot too when I work out, but I just shower normally with soap/shampoo. I don't wear deodorant or sprays or anything. Must be natural?

You can find a PH balancing soap in Savers, Boots and Superdrug (or a large Tesco). I'd say you can use them on male genitals too, if you're male. "Femfresh" is the brand. Use unscented soap so you aren't irritating your skin. Try buying a different clothes soap, like Persil or something.

Start Washing all your clothes and make sure they dry properly, nothing stinks more than clothes that didn’t dry properly, take a shower with a nice smelling soap, when you come out use an antiperspirant deodorant ideally a 48hr one (skip the lynx rubbish), and get into the habit of spraying clothes with fabreze if they’ve been in your cupboard for a long time.

Your sister is probably trolling you though
