Has anybody tried this? I'm already getting a good vitamin and mineral profile from my diet, but I'm trying to increase to 3500-4000 calorie a day diet without just eating a ton of sugar/fats etc.
The only thing I'm worried about is the cost, £1.33 for 500 calories, meaning I'd probably eat it twice a day.
Does anybody think it would be worth it given what I've said?
Also I'll be quite busy so I won't have massive amounts of time to cook given my calorie intake. I'm already taking a mass gainer.
Any personal reviews/experiences/alternatives would be nice
