GCSE Maths Tutor Watch

    I'm a first year A Level student wanting to go into private tutoring. I got an A* in gcse maths (197/200 marks) and I'm currently studying maths and further maths at A level. If anyone is in need of a maths tutor let me know

    You're very unlikely to get any students by advertising in this forum, especially since there won't really be any GCSE level students in the maths forum around this time. Plus you haven't given your location atc.

    Your best bet is probably to offer help to family or family friends possibly for free to start with. Be aware that the GCSE has changed quite a lot since you did the exam so make sure you have studied the new syllabus and new exam.

    If you're interested in being a teacher/tutor at some point then I highly recommend helping students in this forum (it will get busier once school starts). You will develop a lot of teaching skills and learn about common mistakes and what styles of teaching work and what don't work.
