Hi, for anyone who's already sat the UKCAT this year/last year, how hard is the actual exam compared to Medify/themedicportal/UKCAtninja?
How hard are the question banks compared to the real UKCAT? Watch

I would say that the UKCAT Official Banks are the most realistic, of course. And then Medify is great for the quantity, but sometimes they are unrealistic simply due to the fact that they have to write so many questions.
The Medic Portal bank I haven't seen much of as it is newly launched, so can't really comment, and UKCAT Ninja have never used so again not sure about that one. In general, I found the actual test to be easier than the online banks. But that is a good thing, because it is better to practice harder questions - e.g. the ISC book is ridiculously difficult for QR and AR but it gets you training for the worst case scenario.
