I'm filling out a graduate job app on word.
And they have given different criteria to fill out, like

Criteria 1 : List Experience and Knowledge (List taken from role profile)

Criteria 2 : List Special Skills & Aptitudes (List taken from role profile)

    then it says

Criteria 3 : Disposition (List taken from role profile)

I dont know what it means and have never come across it before?

On google it defines disposition as: a person's inherent qualities of mind and character.

Also what does it mean when they ask:

What is your current notice period?

Isn't the disposition for them recruiter to complete as a reason for deselection and feedback purposes?

Current notice period is the amount of notice required to be given (as stated in the contract) to leave your current employer. If you arent employed then its either n/a or 0.

You explain your qualities related to your characteristic/attitudes that you think are suitable for the job.

Thanks, I'm still not sure about disposition. Searching online yields something about any criminal activities.

    How sure are you?
I think your right because in the role profile it has the heading:
Special skills, Aptitude, Disposition and Abilities:
    Interpersonal skills
    reliable
    Analytical
    Proactive
    etc

How is Disposition different to criteria 2?

    Very sure.

Those in section 2 are abilities, not approaches or attitudes.
