Breast shape and weight loss.

I am a bit overweight (I weigh around 68 kg and I'm 5'5) and I'd like to lose a stone. Currently my breasts are about a C cup and I'm not fussed about going down a cup size but will losing a stone cause them to sag considerably? What can I do to minimise this? I don't worry about the size, it's the shape that bothers me. And does losing weight help to minimise the visibility of veins underneath the skin of the breast?

Take home message of this article seems to be that you're less likely to experience sagging etc. if you lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.
Also it seems that the reduction in breast size can vary depending on the density of your breasts and the amount of fat tissue stored in the breasts which seems to be largely genetic.

You cant choose fat deposit place or loss. You will mostly likely shrink a bit there but don't worry about it.

Probably won't sag as you're not looking to lose that much weight. I personally find mine look perkier when I've lost a bit of weight.
