I felt as if the spanish listening was DISGUSTING, and I'm really worried about my spanish grade as I'm considering it for A Level. I got an A*/A in the coursework (not 100% sure) and the reading was no problem at all but I genuinely feel as if the listening is gonna hurt my overall grade as I found it so impossibly difficult. How do any of you feel about it? It's something that won't leave my head smh

    That exam was hell.

I was predicted A* but I think I'm going to get a C and I've always done relatively well in Spanish.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it, me and other people in my Spanish class who were consistently getting A/A*s on practice listening papers in the run up to the exam also found it extremely difficult, so I would imagine that if the majority of Spanish candidates found the exam just as difficult then the grade boundaries will be lower than usual which would mean your overall grade shouldn't be in jeopardy.

I think you're right, thanks for saying this as I haven't discussed this exam much with people in my class. When the scripts go up next year on the AQA website for this exam series I can't wait to look at the listening but honestly I also just want to never see it again lmao
