i had to courier my UCAS reply form or i wouldn't have gotten it there in time.
I guess you could call your uni up and explain your situation and ask them for an extension? i'm sure they'd understand

I had less than five days to confirm my offer with Royal Holloway (they needed to formalise my offer with UCAS), however to cut a long story short I knew I wouldn't be able to send all the forms to RH on time. I phoned up Royal Holloway and explained the situation, and was told they understood, had no reason to withdraw their offer and would make a note on my application of the possible delay. Just explain your situation and they should understand!

Call the University, call UCAS. It'a not your fault!
Kriztinae - not sure they'll be as considerate about accomodation if it's a first come, first served basis. However, there's no harm in asking if they'll be lenient.
