Impossible to say. For a start, you might find the battery isn't the same dimensions and wont' fit into the space (or it might be too tall/short and then you won't get the terminals on properly).

Batteries are rated in Ahr, and this needs to be correct for the charging system of the car. Also if it's a new car with start/stop technology, you might find it has newer battery technology such as EFB or AGM type batteries, and these generally can't just be swapped.

Take it to a garage if in doubt, or contact a dealership. But don't just assume you can swap a battery over without consequences - it's not like a torch or something!

Yes so long as the battery fits its tray of course and it's terminals are in the right location and are the right type.

If a 1.6 engine it's CCA (cold cranking amps) will be quite high which means your small 1.2 engine will fire to life instantly as a battery for a 1.6 car needs a lot of CCAs to turn it's much larger engine over.,
