I sent the forms to Student Finance, the traking shows that it arrived in the uk on the 10/07/17 but the status is the same, as if SF did not get it? How can I get the conirmation of receipt or if there is any other issue?

If you have sent the forms to us via overseas courier and it is not showing as signed for then you would need to check with the company to query the status of your delivery. They will be able to investigate this more fully to try to locate your items and give you an idea as to when we should receive them.
Once we have signed for the items it can take three working days for them to be scanned onto our imaging system then it's queued for processing based on the workflow processing timescales for the type of form.
