I was playing football and afaik the black things on the artificial grass kept getting into my boots and I think that caused me to lose a huge circle of skin.

Past 2 days I have been doing a lot of working because of work experience that was paid for by my school. Would I have to stop for this to heal???

I am not sure if this is a blister but it stings a lot. There was skin forming over it today but it got ripped off due to all my waling (I had a padded plaster)

Blister plaster. Do not pop it!
You could also pop into a pharmacy to ask for advice. They're great for things like this.

Gently wash the area with clean water. Don't use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol, which can slow healing. Don't remove the flap of skin over a blister unless it's very dirty or torn or there is pus under it.

Flap is half ripped off due to walking
