I have finished year 11 and a little while ago, i blindly accepted my schools sixth form without checking out other options so now that I found a better one that I am sure I want to join, is it still possible for me to change from my accepted one to the actual one that i would do better at and unaccept my other one

Yes ofc if you have got accepted into the school you want to go, on results day if you get the grades visit the school, and once you confirmed the fact that you're transferring schools, call your old school and just let them know which school you are transferring to etc.
