I recently dropped out from my 1st year at uni around late April this year and I chose to get out the 3k maintenance loan for the year. Now SF are contacting me about an overpayment loan of £1048 that I have to pay back immediately or sort out a monthly plan, this isn't a grant overpayment as I didn't apply for that! Is this because I withdrew from my course and they shouldn't have given me the last terms maintenance loan? Also what would happen if I just ignore them and don't pay them back?
