Try Asus Transform book T101HA, Acer Switch One ,Lenovo MIIX310, HPX2 or STream x360. These are the cheapest ones you can get. Not the heaviest machines but for taking notes and normal web browsing these will be fine. Most of these come with atleast one year of free microsoft word if you buy from currys and you can put in a micro sd card.
