I would like advice re: work experience. My work experience (healthcare) went wrong. The employer was embezzling from staff wages and I took the company to a tribunal (and won my stolen wages back from the employer).
The problem is that the employer made up false allegations of misconduct against me to divert the attention of the tribunal. The judge dismissed these as not relevant to the case.
I am worried that the employer will repeat the false allegations if the uni' contacts the employer after I list the employer on my UCAS app' as my professional work experience.

You could contact your target universities beforehand to confirm what you had to do and you won. Ask them how they would like you to proceed. to cite them the tribunal decision and number or a letter from your representative if you had one. That should neutralise anything they try and dare say and contacting them beforehand will give you reassurance plus let them know when considering your app. Its the employer thats in the wrong. I wouldnt worry.
