Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. I have been told by the admissions office that in order to fulfill my academic requirements I need to send my academic transcript and proof that I have submitted my dissertation, and I was wondering what I could send as evidence that I have submitted my thesis. I need to send several copies of the dissertation to my current university's secretary's office by post, so would a note from them confirming that they have received it be enough? Has someone been asked something similar?
