I have now just 2 days until my NPLQ exam and I am nervous because they've given us this 200+ page book and I can't remember all of the information in five days. How am I supposed to know which information is relevant to the exam? Are the questions available online?

    Hi,

I did mine on Monday and there is honestly nothing to worry about. Section 1 was all questions which are not too challenging. Also, the assessor wants you to pass so if you don't understand a question they can give you prompts to help. Section 2 was mostly pool based and as long as you are happy with the practical side of things, you should be fine. Maybe have a quick look at the spinal rescue stuff. For section 3 (first aid) they just ask a few questions about some different scenarios and what you should do so maybe have a quick look through the different signs, symptoms and treatments. You then have to demonstrate CPR in a number of different scenarios.

It's also worth answering the practice questions in the book. I couldn't find any online.

    Good Luck
