Hiya! Before I ask my question, here's a little back story:

I studied Illustration (2015/2016 - 3 Year Course) before, but dropped out as I had caring responsibilites.

I then decided I wanted to study again and applied for Early Childhood Studies INCLUDING FOUNDATION YEAR (2016/2017 - 4 Year Course).

I finished the foundation year, but then changed my pathway from Early Childhood Studies to Education Studies (2017/2018 - 3 Year Course). I done this within the university.

For my student finance (2017/2018), I put down Education Studies and now I'm not receiving any help with my tution fee as I only have 2 years left of entitlement.

My university said I needed to put down my 1st year as Early Childhood Studies rather than Education Studies for student finance as I'm only changing pathways after completing my foundation year.

They told me they'd fix it for me within 4 weeks, but it's close to 4 weeks now and I'm getting worried.

Should I call student finance, or do something to help speed up the process? Any help and advice would be greatly appreicated. Thank you!

    Hi jaisi,

If the University are looking to correct the course details they would usually send us over electronic confirmation, so if you can call us on 0300 100 0607 we can confirm if it has been received and how long it will take to process.

    Warm regards.
