One of my upper front teeth is intrinsically discoloured (internally discoloured) due to a rugby injury, anyone have any suggestions how to sort it?

You need to see a dentist. It could be that the tooth is decaying from the inside or something. This doesn't sound like something you can fix at home

Cheapest option is to have a veneer. Once it is on you won't be able to feel it and your smile will be more even coloured.

Go and see a dentist would be the obvious solution.
