My body is always warm? Watch

    So I've noticed for about 3 years my body is always warm like heater warm is this normal ?

    There are some conditions that can cause you to be more hot or more cold, but some people are just hotter or colder than others.
    If it's something that bothers you then you might want to discuss it with your GP (especially if you have any other odd symptoms), but don't worry about it.

    Measure your body temperature. If it's the "normal" 36.6/7 then everything's fine.
    Or it could be that your body is processing food very quickly. Do you fart/belch and go to the toilet a lot? Try going half a day without food and see if you cool down. (Morning would be best, as there's less leftovers for the body to process)

    As always, if you're still worried, it would be best to go to your GP, they'll help you out!

    We're warm-blooded mammals. Tissue and skin acts as insulation, hence why enzymes can function at the correct temperature. I take it you knew that though.

    Everyone's natural skin temperature varies.
