Hello, I've just realised that after completing college my certificates may have my name switched around and was wondering would this be a problem. For example, my name on my passport would be Tom Smith however because I'm known as Smith and I may have put it down as my first name when starting college my certificates may end up Smith Tom (Ignore the fact that you may think Tom is a first name only). So my question is would this be a problem later on or would it not matter considering it's my name however just the names are switched around from first name to surname.

Just tell your exam officer and they can check then contact the exam board who can ensure they print it the correct way.
