Tanning pills

I have tried lots of different tanning lotions and I find they all go very patchy I was wondering if tanning pills work and if you need sun exposure for them could anyone recommend?
Mofos stressing about tanning pills while poor kids die due to corrupt governement around the world. Look at your problem and think about how serious it is.
Why look darker? Why look lighter? Why change yourself? Why so insecure? Why? Be who you are and not the people you see on tv.
No such thing. Tanning injections are as close as it gets and those are illicit substances so we won't be able to discuss them with you.

I'm confused over what that actually is 😂😂😂
My first recommendation is go out in the sun instead. If not get on a sun bed or spray tan?
