An Inspector calls pargagraph help

What do you think Priestley wished to achieve in his play?

Can someone please mark it

The play promotes the idea that capatilism is a selfish way to live thus Priestley intends to sway the audience towards socialism. He uses the inspector's voice as a mouthpiece for god.In the inspectors speech he says "they will be taught it in fire and blood and anguish." The metaphor "fire and blood and aguish" evoke the idea that conflict and destruction will arise; all hell will break loose if they don't heed the lesson. This relevant as a majority of the audience would have been the bourgeoisie. Therefore Priestley wished to have converted the audience of their narrowmindness and for the hope of a better future.

Depending on how many marks this question is worth, I'd contain more contextual factors. WHY did Priestley want to promote socialism? WHY were his audience primarily upper class? And when was the play set? Things like that.

Thank you

Your paragraph was really good, though. I didn't want to mention grammatical errors as someone else had already brought it up and you were aware of it. You write really well, though.
