I hope so
This literally ALWAYS happens to me! What I'll do to stop it is wear like a onesie to bed so I can't get down there. If that makes sense?

Thanks for that, glad I'm not the only one!
Think it's time to invest in a onesie lol
It's just so weird to think I'm putting my hands down there while I'm asleep and waking up with dirty hands it's gross

Every time I'm on my period, I wake up in the morning with blood on my fingers/under my nails. Wtf am I doing during my sleep and how can I stop it? i have dried blood under my index and middle fingers and dried smears over the top of my nails it's disgusting

Same!! It’s 4am because I just caught myself in the act lol, it had to clean up, it’s so bizarre and gross, I really don’t want this happening in the future with my partner… wtf am I doing in my sleep for real, I don’t know how to stop, any ideas why this is happening all these years later? I’m trying to search it up and found this chat, thank you for posting
It's perfectly natural to scratch an itch when sleeping. You could do it other nights and just not know. Some girls find themselves more 'in the mood' during that time of the month and that's perfectly healthy.

But it’s only during the first couple days of my period, which is the heaviest, and it’s during my sleep, I don’t remember anything. If it happens when I’m not my period, my hand doesn’t smell or anything. It’s so bizarre, it doesn’t seem natural at all

this would be the exact same for my FWB! it's similar to scratching an urge I guess. I'm a guy but when I'm sleeping I still feel that kind of itch to scratch. I usually don't put my hands down there if I'm wearing tight drawstring shorts but that's not often but that might be a good idea to try!
