Hello,

I am international student from a public university in an EU country and I have applied for a masters at UCL. I'm currently finishing my bachelors thesis and will finish it before enrolling for my masters, however I don't know if my supervisor will be able to grade it before the start of the masters. I will stop being enrolled at my home university before I start the masters, and will get the grade for my thesis at a later point.

Could this be a problem? Is it possible to start the masters without having the proper final diploma with the grade of my final thesis in the UK? Or are unis in the UK usually opposed to this?

Thanks a lot in advance

You'd have to ask UCL, but they won't normally allow you to start a PG degree without meeting entry requirements which are usually to have passed your UG degree, and possibly at a certain grade. Do you have an unconditional offer from UCL or is it conditional on completing your undergrad with a certain grade?
