CPR due to Depression after 4 years at uni

With CPR (Compelling Personal Reasons) what we need is detailted below.

From yourself-

•

is signed and dated;

•

confirms the reason why the student could not continue with their studies; and

•

when this took place


And the acceptable evidence -

•

Medical evidence from a GP

•

Letter from HEP on headed paper

•

Letter from Social Services on headed paper

•

Letter from clergy or professional person on headed paper

•

Death Certificate and/or

•

A Birth Certificate


So if you are able to get a letter from the university then we are able to use this as evidence towards your CPR.
