Right okay so I was off for most of the year due to illness during A2. I managed to finish one A level. Obviously that isn't enough to get into uni so I decided I would take an access course at a different college. I am going to be 18 when my course starts but 19 a few days after so unfortunately for me I don't think I'm eligible for a 19+ loan. As I'm still 18 when the course starts do I actually need to pay for it or am I eligible to be funded free. Bear in mind that I have completed one level 3 course.
